Experienced trades people for remodeling, repair and maintenance work. Residential/Light commercial. NO Selling, All jobs sold for you and the work will be ready to be completed. On average jobs are paying $30 to 35 per hour, however, pay is by the job! We are looking for skills in all or some of the below listed trades. We are hiring as employees or as Sub-contractors with the proper credentials. Skills required should include any of the following: Interior trim carpentry. Exterior carpentry to include soffit, fascia, siding, doors. Bath and Kitchen remodeling from start to finish. Drywall repairs, finish, hang, textures Multi-skilled handyman items including, light fixtures, fans, faucets, etc. Interior/Exterior painting Stucco and stucco repair. Benefits: Earn between $30 to $35 per hour on average. Absolutely NO selling is required for this position. All jobs sold for you and the work will be ready to be started Weekly payroll for employees, Subs paid upon completion of work. We Handle Customer Service for you Decades of Experience and 120,000+ Properties Serviced Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of referenced experience Must have valid driver’s license, own truck and tools, no exceptions Must be professional, reliable, and presentable.
