Applicants would need to be able to physically withstand working outside near and/or in water, be able to work in different weather temperatures and conditions (not during storms), have reliable transportation, show up to work on time, no playing on cell phones/electronics during work hours, be capable of lifting/toting/carrying materials, etc. Experience is not required but willingness/ability to learn is a requirement. Starting pay will depend on work experiences and area of experiences. Raises are possible depending on quality of workmanship, reliability, self-motivation and ability/willingness to learn. Only respond if you are a serious applicant. Work locations change from job to job. Applicants will need to be able to get to and from each jobsite. Possible that applicants could meet at a certain location everyday and carpool with current employees. That would need to be discussed between current employees and new hires, not management.
