Rehoming Male Cat

I am rehoming my moms 6 year old male cat. My mom moved out of state and unfortunately couldn’t take him with her. My landlord doesn’t allow any more pets as I am in maximum capacity already. He is neutered and litter box trained. He’s super friendly and loves to cuddle.. He is good with kids and cats. NO DOGS! He is an indoor kitty. I am hoping to find him a good forever home. I am asking for a small rehome fee to ensure he goes to a loving home. Thank you!
