We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Handyperson 4+ month opening to general turnover work at a residential property. Perform a variety of duties to do repairs in, and around residential buildings Must have relevant building maintenance skills including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, windows as well as minor plaster and painting. Perform repairs and maintenance in the building, apartments, and all building systems Troubleshoot and correct plumbing deficiencies Qualifications/Other Responsibilities: A valid Driver’s License Minimum educational background: H.S. Diploma or equivalent. Ability to use hand tools and power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to change/install switches, outlets, light fixtures Basic plumbing including unclogging drains and repairing leaks Cleaning the HVAC/Exhaust units of debris Clearing the roof and roof drains of debris Basic Carpentry skills Must be English speaking
