Need out of the heat

Hello. My daughter and I have been staying in our truck. It’s really hot out and we are desperately wanting to get out of the heat just for the night. I had someone offer to send us money for the cost of a room but now he has chose to ignore us and not send any money. Unfortunately I Already made the reservation and cannot cancel. I have included the reservation which shows what the cost of the room will be. Please if anyone can help us for the night we would be very grateful.
