ABOUT THE POSITION : We are looking to hire a full time cleaning technician with significant experience in the property service industry that have the flexibility to work various hours to service clients. This individual will be responsible for servicing both residential and commercial clients throughout Greater Boston and surrounding suburbs. Travel within Massachusetts will be required, company vehicles may be provided. This individual will be responsible for providing such services at the highest quality and representing PHC Cleaners LLC at the highest order. In such instances this individual will work with other team members or alone. REQUIREMENTS : Must have a minimum of 8 years in the industry (cleaning, painting, maintenance.) Must have a valid drivers and clean driving record. Must have a flexible work schedule (Hours vary Morning, Days, Nights and/or Weekends). Must be able to speak and read English a second language is a plus. Must be reliable. Must be able to work alone and within a team. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have a clean background check. Must be comfortable working in home and office atmosphere. Required work week 40 + hours per week
