Integrity First Maintenance is looking for skilled, quality handymen to complete work orders for single family rental homes. We're not doing remodels, make readies or turns.
Integrity First Maintenance is a contractor-focused platform that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled work orders based around the contractor's availability, location, and skill set. There are no fees associated with working with us. We will handle the scheduling, estimates, and invoicing. Grow your business with no advertising costs or overhead.
Requirements:
-Valid Driver's License
-Auto Insurance
-Pass Background Check
Looking for someone who can do the following:
-Drywall/texture/paint
-Roof repairs
-Fence repairs and replacement
-Electrical
-Carpentry
-Flooring
The Pay:
-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a NET30 or NET7 basis
