OFFICE FURNITURE SERVICES COMPANY seeking dedicated, organized and efficient Administrative Assistant / Schedule Coordinator to join our team. You will work to coordinate and accomplish the necessary daily tasks and requirements alongside managers and team members. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phones, e-mails and memos, delegate to appropriate person. Schedule and confirm appointments, deliveries and installations. Communicate daily with technicians and team members regarding any schedule changes, measurements and deliveries. Update and maintains schedule in the calendar. Follow up with clients regarding home and site visits. Prepares documents as needed. Responsible for scanning, shipping/timesheets and documents daily. Greet and welcoming visitors. Determining nature of business and introducing to appropriate personnel. Help maintain office and common areas. Keep track of office supplies and inventory as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must have professional communication skills-oral and written. Strong computer skills, data entry and ability to operate common office equipment. Must be proficient (word & excel). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Multi-tasking is crucial. Well organized and flexible. Speak and write Excellent English. Reliable and consistent. Maintain positive and professional attitude.
