Description
In search of a part-time and/or full-time general maintenance employee(s) or Contractor(s) with experience in rehabbing vacant and currently occupied mobile homes. Must provide your own tools and be able to work without supervision. Will either need Proof of Liability insurance and fill out a W-9 or become an employee of the park. Pay is based on experience.
