Hiring Experienced Painters Now!! We are looking for a skilled Painter to paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces. Your job will be important since good painting has both practical and aesthetic benefits. An excellent painter is knowledgeable in selecting the right material for their job. They have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work. Must have experience. Must have a vehicle. No exceptions! All candidates subject to a background check. Looking for a skilled painter to Paint the interior/exterior of residential and commercial property. Candidate must work with other construction professionals (carpenters, electricians) and protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job (including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping). Candidate must practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient and timely manner. Candidate must match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects. Candidate must have the ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget while having excellent communication and team-building skills. We need someone with proven experience as a painter, excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them. Candidate will need to have solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques, aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.), good basic math skills, manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc. Candidate must be conscientious with great attention to detail.
