Republicans in D. C. aren't doing enough

Radical Leftist Democrat/Socialists regularly push HARD to the Left. As a result, America inches slightly to the Left. Republicans see the problem and they step in the slow or even stop the Leftist push. ...But the fact is, we're still slightly more Left of where we were before. The Republicans may have stopped the 'push', but they didn't reverse it. Radical Leftist Democrat/Socialists push hard to the Left again. --- Repeatedly. Again, Republicans are able to slow or stop the push, but not much else. And again, we end up slightly more to the Left of where we were before. Over the last several decades, this process has pushed America farther and farther to the Left, never being able to return to the CENTER. The overwhelming majority of American Citizens live in the CENTER and this is where we'd like to be, but we're being denied that opportunity. I say Republicans are FAILING America, by not being able or willing to PUSH American politics BACK to the Right where we belong. Right wing, Left wing, both attached to the SAME BIRD..... And that bird is circling to the Left more and more, as time goes by. Republicans need to grow a backbone and do something about this. We are headed for Socialism, and all the Republicans can do is slow the process slightly, but they seem unable to stop it.
