We have several ongoing projects and looking for subcontractors that specialize in the following for immediate hire: - Door Installers - double French doors and a single exterior door. Materials provided. - Deck Builders - Deck tear off and rebuild - deck boards and railing only. Materials will be provided. MUST have a business license in St Peters, MO and have WC insurance (per St. Peter's requirements) - Licensed plumber for rough in plumbing (2 bathroom remodels) (Florissant area) - ISO someone that can repair termite damaged sill plate and sister up joists after jacking up floor from underneath. MUST have experience and must show examples of work. (Ellisville) We are looking to add to our vendor list for future projects - if you have skills and experience in the above, please email us!
