Description
Architecture/Design & Management company is seeking an Property Management Assistant with knowledge in AutoCAD and/or measuring to work on projects and inspect properties.
Job Description:
- Assist with the maintenance and administration of properties.
- Create basic cad drawings from measuring house/buildings using electronic devises.
- Assist with dropping/picking up plans.
- Meeting clients to pick up checks.
Requirements:
- Be able to lift or hold heavy items and get on a ladder.
- Any AutoCAD work experience.
- Flexible schedule (Some Saturdays required during heavy season).
- Autodesk, Revit and Sketch-up experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
- Detail oriented and proactive.
- Experienced in architecture and/or construction a plus.
- Team player.
- Own transportation.
All candidates will be required to pass a basic drug test and background check.
This will be an on-site work (first 2 months). Not an office in-house work.
