Housing rehab firm who buys, fixes and rents out housed has new inventory of 40 houses in canton and akron area to cleanour, repair, paint and prep for rental. We need to fill the following positions. 1. Drywall repair/hanger. Includes mud and sand. 2. Cleanout/demo. Toss out trash, prepare for drywall work. 3. Landscaping crew. Grass cutting/ pulling out old plants for clean new look. 4. Jack of all trades. Repairs and fixes of all sorts. Starting pay $14 hourly depending on skills and experience is negotiable.
