Managing and publishing daily marketing, conducting tours and consultations, Prompt follow-up and follow through on prospect and applicants. Qualifications: High School Degree or Equivalent Generally, prefer 1-year related experience; prefer Sales experience Must enjoy interacting with people Committed to providing Exceptional customer experience Personable engaging-ability to develop rapport quickly Positive, "How can I help " attitude Genuinely curious about customer needs Solution focused Strong level of written and communication skills Consultative selling approach Passion for Leasing Desire to learn Ability to excel in dynamic environment Yardi Software (plus) Ability to Sell and Close Marketing Experience Intermitted MS WORD | Excel Knowledge Although a leasing background is preferred, it is not required.
