Apartment complex has need for Honest and Dependable associates.
Job Duties at Binghamton South include but not limited to:
Painting/ Cleaning/ Common Area's Halls and Vacant Apts./ Picking up Properties
Demo/ Apartment renovations/ Trim work, Countertop replacement, Light electric, plumbing, etc.
Snow Removal/ Boiler Repairs (can train) abd on-call service on rotating basis.
