Applicant requirements: -ASE certification preferred but not required -5+ years of automotive repair experience -Valid driver’s license -Excellent communication skills -Should have ALL the tools necessary for complete auto repair work -Work with customers to understand their concerns and properly diagnose the issue -Spend time explaining the vehicle repair needs to each customer so that they understand what repairs they need -Utilize the latest in diagnostic equipment to accurately pinpoint vehicle issues -Conduct vehicle inspections and alert customers to issues that will prevent their vehicles from passing inspection -Having the understanding that we are BOTH a fast lube business AND a mechanical repair business is important. Lube and Inspection services must be handled in a timely manner while the customer is waiting. Auto repair services include a variety of jobs from small repair jobs, such as brake change, which should be completed within a reasonable short wait time to the customer, to larger mechanical repair jobs that require more scheduling and time consideration.
