Independent MotorCar is a rapidly growing automotive specialty business and are in need for the right person to join our team. I, the owner / partner of this business is an extremely skilled mechanic and has a great team in place. We are looking for a person that works well with others and possesses the skills below. Hours: Monday - Friday "8am - 5pm" (Sat & Sun, Closed) Mechanic: Perform basic maintenance, including changing oil, tuneups, checking fluid levels, perform tire maintenance Replace worn parts, such as engines and transmissions, axles and differentials, gas tanks and fuel pumps, brake pads and wheel bearings Ball joints, control arms and rack and pinions, struts and shocks, water pumps, hoses and radiators, bumpers and roof racks, remove and replace vehicle interiors Disassemble and reassemble any and all parts of a vehicle Test to make sure whatever was replaced was done correctly. C Technician: Diagnose systems (C Tech skill level) entry-level diagnostic & electrical. Intermediate level suspension & major mechanical. Expert tires & brakes, parts changer of all major mechanical. Keeps work area neat and clean. Inspectors license is a + B Technician: Identify mechanical problems, Diagnose (B Tech skill level) intermediate level diagnostic, air conditioning & electrical. expert suspension, tires, brakes & parts changer of all major mechanical. Keeps work area neat and clean Inspectors license is a + A Technician Identify mechanical problems, Diagnose (A Tech Skill Level) excels at all vehicle diagnostic, expert at vehicle mechanical, electrical, suspension, brakes, structural & air conditioning, parts changer of all major mechanical.
