Found Dog in Albany

Description

Found a female black & white dog on Monday, July 18th, in downtown Albany. She appears to be someone's pet as she has a purple collar and is very sweet and mild-mannered. She also has very enlarged nipples so she may have recently given birth or is possibly pregnant.
