Learn to cook Italian classics for brunch
Brunch 'Italian Style'
Although brunch isn’t something you would do while in Italy, we thought it’d be fun to take some of our favorite Italian dishes and adopt them for early morning consumption. Join us in the morning for some coffee and Bomboloni, the classic Italian doughnut fresh from the fryer. We’ll then make eggs poached in tomato sauce on toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic, the classic breakfast pasta, Carbonara, a tomato & basil frittata, potatoes & pancetta and the classic sweet ricotta pastry in pasta frolla. $59
