Hiring Part time Janitorial Workers $15.47 *Note: Covid-19 vaccination is required for this role.* Sodexo Quality of Life Services is currently seeking Part time Janitorial workers to support our client, a major pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer in Elkhorn, NE. This is a great opportunity for students, 2nd jobs or folks seeking part time work! This individual will clean and keep the facilities in an orderly condition. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of proper and safe use of applicable custodial equipment and maintain high standards for work areas and appearance. Duties may include: • Cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways and other common areas within the building. • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing floors and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. • May perform hard‐surface floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction, which require the use of mechanical equipment. • Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, office furniture, windows • Will be required to properly and safely use cleaning chemicals per manufacturer and Sodexo standards. • Empties trash and garbage containers. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualified applicants will have the following: • High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience. • A minimum of 6 months of previous experience required. • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, as well as the ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
