Description

In the sacred space of Saint Mark’s Cathedral, this spiritual practice is designed to improve health, release tension, and deepen spirituality. It is a gentle, restorative, and contemplative practice, and the instructors guide the group in ways that welcome newcomer and experienced practitioners alike. Pay what you can Advance registration is NOT REQUIRED. Simply show up! Parking is available in the cathedral lot. We request that you bring your own mat, but if you do not have one, we can provide a mat for you. UPDATE: In light of the current surging rate of COVID infections in King County, the leadership of Saint Mark’s Cathedral made the decision last week to again require that everyone wear masks while in the cathedral building. Starting this Monday, May 23, all participants at Cathedral Yoga must remain masked while indoors. Masks are available at the door if you forget one. While we don’t know when this requirement will be lifted, know that the cathedral leadership is continually monitoring the situation, and will revisit these policies when conditions allow. You can read the Dean’s message to the community here. To learn more, visit saintmarks.org/yoga
