After an hour workshop of release, enjoy restorative yoga nidra— a deep meditative relaxation practice bringing the mind to theta state, the deep healing state of sleep. Terra Lea uses energy healing/balancing practices to encourage a balanced, clear energy to stay with you, as you leave feeling rejuvenated, rested and renewed.
