Through observation, questions, discussion and exchange, students will learn the principles of how to customize the yoga practice, read the body to identify patterns of holding and tension and let go.
We will review several techniques, including pranayama practice, mudra, meditation, and other traditional relaxation techniques.There are no prerequisites for this course.
