This course first takes you through the fundamentals of Yin Yoga and into the mindfulness of acceptance to help cultivate a more conscious presence as a friend, parent, student.
Secondly, we will dive into the inner workings of how the parasympathetic nervous system is wired and how we are able to change our stress response, reduce our anxiety and regulate our breath.
When we explore these two disciplines together in an intentional and intelligent way, we are able to leaves the weekend with new tools and a refreshed approach to life
