cottage bakery needs new baking location

hello all, I'm kevin. im running a small cottage bakery called "melo bread'. currently, im operating out of my home in manteca which is ways away from where my customers are. im in need! im looking for a relatively small space in the bay area to run my bakery out of. right now my space is about 200 square feet which seems to be plenty of space. all i need additionally is a couple os 220/240 outlets to hook up my mixer and oven and a sink. maybe you have a space i could use or perhaps you know someone that knows someone. perhaps there is a restaurant kitchen i could use in the wee hours? a kitchen at a cafe? a garage? spare room? a cottage detached from your house? maybe you know of a good deal for a commercial/ghost kitchen? ANYTHING HELPS!
