Description

Join us on September 16, 2022, as we honor our Garden Coordinators! These dedicated volunteers keep our program growing as we prepare to celebrate 15 years of "Education Cultivation" in 2023! Hear from Keynote Speaker Brianne Stuber, Director of Programs at Washington Youth Gardens as they celebrate 50 years of garden education to Washington D.C. students and beyond! Healthy Foods for Healthy Kids is a 501(c)3 organization based in Delaware. We work with 40 schools across the state to teach students how to grow their own food through plant-based science. This year we are honoring our volunteer garden coordinators, whose dedication and commitment to teaching agricultural science helps nearly 17,000 students learn science, life skills, and healthy eating habits. Please join us as we say thank you and celebrate the school garden movement!
