Primary responsibilities include renovations to make vacant apartments ready for occupancy and repairs on interior and exterior building components, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and light carpentry repairs. Typical working hours are 8a - 5p Monday - Friday, with some after-hours responsibilities for emergencies.
