I'm looking for a licensed general contractor who can handle a couple of projects in my condo in Palm Springs. First, I need two slab doors installed in an atrium. These are utility doors that would need hinges and holes drilled for the door knobs. These are not pre-hung doors. You may need to trim the doors, but I think the measurements should be pretty right. These doors were special ordered from Home Depot. Second, I need two bathroom vanities installed which would include putting in the countertops. The plumbing would need to be hooked up along with the faucets. I may also need a few other minor things handled such as putting a strip molding on the front door of the condo. You must be licensed with references. No exceptions. I'll pay you good money, but I need someone responsible and reliable who does good work and can get these projects done in a timely fashion. I have no patience for contractors who don't arrive on time. Looking for someone who can start immediately.
