The Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo will host the First Every Leroy Robinson Southern Soul & Soul Music Fest. This event will consist of a day long full of family activities. Starting at 9am with the South Side Parade going into Central Park followed by the kickoff of day 2 of the Leroy Robinson Southern Soul Music festival downtown Elkhart. the streets will be filled with food tracks, non-profits and food trucks and other family activities. the Sound Stage will kick off around 11 am featuring Platinum recording artist Magic One & Big Bub VENDORS MUST PROVIDE ON TABLES AND CHAIRS
