• Join DR Pilates for a Pilates mat class that focuses on stretching, lengthening and conditioning your muscles.
• This 45-minute workout will focus on a warmup, an circuit and booty component followed by a cool down.
• Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
• Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
• No dogs allowed in class area.
• In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled.
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Mondays.
• Please note there is no class on Monday, July 4, 2022.
