Grab a friend and join Park City Culinary for an interactive class on Pate Choux and its essential applications. In this class, you'll master making this eclectic pastry dough like a true professional. With hands on instruction from our experienced chef, you'll walk away with the skills you'll need to make, fill and decorate elaborate eclairs and cream puffs! About the Location This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required. Street parking is available. Park City Culinary Institute abides by all local, state, and federal liquor laws and we reserve the right to decline service.
