Rules: 1. You can only use duct tape and cardboard to build your boat. 2. You may paint your boat but no waterproofing allowed. All boats will be inspected pre race. You can use a regular oar. Preregistration is required. Cost is 25.00 . You may purchase tshirts for 20.00.
