Born in the 18th century, aperitivo was a means of whetting the appetite before indulging in a multi-course meal, while the modern-day version offers a little more substance. A perfectly paired wine enhances the delicious nuances of the carefully curated stuzzichini . Our own "B", from Boards by B, will guide you through this truly decadent delight. The idea behind aperitivo is to slow down after work, enjoy an intimate gathering of friends, and socialize by communing over good wine and food, basically an Italian-style cocktail hour (or two!).
