Part Time or Occasional Handyman: Fix household problems

You can use your tools and vehicle, or use our (company's) vehicle and tools. We're a property management company in SF. Our work van is fully stocked with tools and materials. You drive to various jobs and fix things. Examples: Fix sink drains....replace light switch or receptacle....weed whack a weeds growing through sidewalk...clean up mess left by tenant...change faucet or light fixture....install mini blinds...small painting jobs. Basically most household repairs. Our company van can be accessed either in Pacifica or SF (Inner Mission). Pay depends on experience. Starting pay $28- $30 per hour Prefer an ongoing employee but could consider ongoing "gig" worker. Can be part time, occasional, or full time. Must know what you are doing.
