Summary: The Greenskeeper is member of the golf course maintenance team and is responsible for the setup of the golf course and operation of motorized equipment including riding mowers. Essential job functions: * Wonderful outdoors work environment. Early morning and mid-day shifts. * Perform “greenskeeper duties” as needed including but not limited to changing cups and tee makers and maintains ball washers, hazard stakes and traffic control rope. * Operate equipment including but limited to, triplex and 5-gang self-contained mowing units, utility vehicles, aerification units and mechanical sand rakes. * Watering the golf course greens as needed. * Responsible for keeping equipment clean and safe. * Periodic tree trimming and clean-up. * Assist golf course superintendent and assistant with monitoring conditions of golf course. * Additional duties as assigned by the golf course superintendent and assistant. * Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and lift overhead and push and pul, move lighter objects. * Valid Drivers' License required
