About the Speakers: Roger Royse is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Haynes and Boone, LLP and practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, tax, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation. Before he started his career at Haynes Boone, Gabor advised clients on three continents on various cross-border transactions. He is qualified to practice law in California and Hungary. Gabor has extensive experience in helping clients manage their business in a foreign legal system.
