Come get connected to yourself + others during this water side yoga class. Brittany Lamb will lead you in yoga and mediation and Denisha Brekke will feed you a delicious breakfast wrap after class featuring her new sauce line, DA SAUCE. The good news? All levels are welcome. This class might make you sweat (but dress in layers just in case cuz....sf..) but, more importantly this class will bring you joy. Want to support wonderful women in business? You can PRE ORDER a full size bottle of DA SAUCE and have it ready for pick up at the event.
