We are looking for a part time maintenance person:
-Availity to lift 75 lbs.
- Must live close.
- We will provide with the machines and tools.
- Schedule, 6 hours per day Monday-Saturday.
Tasks
- daily cleaning
- garbage collection, change trash bags.
- Clean floors and walls with water pressure when appropriate
- Landscaping
- Show vacate stores.
Other eventual tasks:
- change ceiling times
- minor painting tasks
- some minor repair
