"The Crowded Table Club" was founded by Lucy T, a 33-year old married woman new to Raleigh (without kids), and is an event series designed for women to make new friends in the area. Last month, we kicked off The Crowded Table Club with the first event, Caftans & Cocktails, where 50 women from the area came in their caftan-best to mingle and meet new friends -- not to professional network, not to discuss a book everybody read -- solely to get to know each other in a purposeful space! This month, we're continuing with the second themed event: 90's Nostalgia! Food and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) will be provided. The food will be delicious gourmet pizza (including gluten free options) and a snack bar to make your 5th grade self jealous (anyone craving Gushers or Fruit Roll-Ups?)! There will be ice breaker games (remember "Girl Talk" and MASH?!), beaded friendship bracelet stations to put that cherry on top of your 90's fashion, 90's trivia with a grand prize, and so much more. Early Bird Tickets (purchased before July 22nd) are $50, and tickets purchased on/after July 22nd are priced at $60. The attire for this event is pure 90's!
