Pure Barre is a low-impact, musically driven, full body workout. It includes elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Join us for a 45 minute Pure Barre class, then stick around for a mimosa, brunch, and an incredible view of downtown Raleigh! Ticket includes class & one signature mimosa (specially made for our attendees!) We will have a few tables blocked for anyone that wants to grab brunch afterwards. **Don't forget a yoga mat & water**
