Event includes a tour from Miami, Florida traveling in bus to visit St. Augustin FL, Fort Maranzas and Savannah Ga. Hotel room and transportation. FRIDAY OCTOBER 7TH 2022 A memorial cocktail in honor of Mayor Floyd Adams, will be a historical presentation with elected officials, family members, board of directors, guest speakers, and historians. SATURDAY OCTOBER 8th, 2022 A flower presentation in front of the monument in Franklin Square honoring Mayor Floyd Adams to be followed by a visit to Savanah City Hall Council for a Meet-and-Greet between Haitian American officials, leaders and other guests with local city officials. A mini fair with Haitian arts & crafts and cuisine will be organized at the square. In the evening, Presentation of awards, guests will be entertained by great performances by various artists, poets, dancers, and many more. SUNDAY OCTOBER 9th, 2022 A morning breakfast and farewell words from our honored guests and keynote speaker. Those traveling via bus will have the opportunity to visit the historical City of St. Augustine Florida and the future site of the statue of General Georges Biassou, the Haitian-born, and Spanish General Commander of Fort Matanzas in St. Augustine
