Strapping Tool Repair Person: Experience repairing strapping tools: battery operated and
pneumatic models, and strapping machines. Ability to drive a 26' box truck and operate a forklift
preferred. Good driving record.
Duties and skills needed: Repairing strapping tools including sealers, tensioners, combination, and
cutters: battery operated, manual, pneumatic, and electric models. Reading a parts schematic.
Customer relations skills and strong communication skills. Computer skills-sending estimates,
responding to emails, and entering customer data including data entry related to receipt of tool.
Shipping repaired tools to customers. Ordering parts and keeping up with inventory and repairs.
Keeping tool repair center neat and organized. Delivering orders, receiving orders, and picking up
tools as needed. Helping in the warehouse on occasion.
