One window frame (double stacked) remove rotten wood on frame and adjacent siding as needed. Soffit install plywood to gap cut one deck board wooden steps.. replace side brackets and replace treads remove replace wood lattice watch video review of work I will purchase materials, if hired you will pick up materials as needed, remove and dispose of old rotten wood, install repairs. prime, and paint. Project in wallingford near UW, normal working hours, once started must show up everyday until completed; this should be a 2-3 day project. Will consider only serious and experienced installers. Partial payment after 1 days and picture updates. Will ask you send pictures of previous projects
