Description
All proceeds from this event will provide funding for the children who live at the Ouachita Children's Center to go on a trip to Branson. More details about the trip and it's itinerary at the bottom. The event will be held at Trademark Realty 1060 De Soto Blvd in Hot Springs Village in their community room lower level in the backside of the building. You will actually turn off De Soto onto Brota to get to the lower level and where you will park and enter the event. The event will start at 4:30 pm and end at 8:30 pm. You can mix, mingle & dance while enjoying live music from Whiskey Row. There will also be a silent auction going on for you to make bids on special items. We will also be giving door prizes throughout the night . Dinner will be served from 5pm-8 pm this will help accommodate all attendees whether they prefer to eat early or late. The silent auction will begin at 4:30 and will end at 7:30 pm. Each guest will bring their tickets to get in and get their choice entrée dinner. We will need to know which entrée you want to ensure we have enough for everyone. We will also have a buffet style hors d' oeuvres and dessert table set up to enjoy as well. Pitts BBQ will be making some of her delicious mini muffuletta's , Jordan Coleman will be making her delicious specialty cookies and Kraemer's will be donating five different cheese spreads to enjoy. We will also have some other delicious snacks out as well as a charcuterie board . Entrée choices are our delicious New Orleans style shrimp & grits, our mouthwatering red beans with andouille sausage served over rice, award-winning spaghetti, or our signature cheese sauce shrimp & artichoke pasta all served with salad or coleslaw, bread. SPONSORSHIP AVAILABILITY OPTIONS FOR EVENT AND / OR SPOSORSHOP FOR CHILDREN Platinum Sponsorship $2000 - a table for 8 specially decorated, a gift from Bennett's Seafood, 2 tickets for each guest at the table, 3 bottles of wine for the table, and recognition on Facebook and an announcement at the event. Your logo will also be included on a t-shirt for the children's vacation. Gold Sponsorship $1500 - a table for 8 specially decorated, a gift from Bennett's Seafood , 1 ticket for each guest at the table, 2 bottles of wine, recognition on Facebook and at the event. Your logo will also be included on a t-shirt for the children's vacation. Silver Sponsorship $1000 - a table for 8 specially decorated, a gift from Bennett's Seafood, 1 bottle of wine for the table, recognition on Facebook and at the event. Your logo will also be included on a t-shirt for the children's vacation. The event will not cover the total cost of the trip. Which is why we need for people to sponsor the children as well. You can sponsor a full child or do partial sponsorship. If we exceed our budget then we will bring the children shopping for new school shoes and an outfit of their choice. Full funding for the Ouachita Children's Center Trip to Branson is $15,000. Full Sponsorship is $1500 Partial Sponsorship Choices $750.00 / $500.00 / $250.00 If full funding is met this will be what is included:4 days/5 nights Lodging for the entire center in a house near In Ridgedale Missouri.Each child will receive $25.00 to buy themselves a souvenir of their choice. Their day we will attend the Jesus play at the Sights & Sounds Theater. This inspiring production, which brings the word of God to the stage, travels alongside Jesus and the miracles that he performs, leading some of the most unlikely people to Christianity. In Branson's most beloved theatrical venue, see the magic and inspiration behind every miracle and aspect of Jesus' life. Each performance comes to life with special effects, live animals, and an original script and music score that will delight and inspire all who attend. Then we will have dinner at Jackie B. Goode's Uptown Cafe and Dinner Theater! Our cafe has a wonderful atmosphere with the 1950s and 60s theme and is a local go-to stop for food nearby Branson, MO! We have rock and roll music on the jukebox right next to an old-time soda fountain where you can have a milkshake, malt, sundae, banana split, homemade peach cobbler or apple pie. Their second day the children will go to Silver Dollar City Theme Park . Each child will receive a premium soft drink wristband for unlimited frozen lemonades, root beer floats, soft drinks and they will enjoy lunch and dinner in the park. We will also purchase the picture package which will take pictures of everyone on every ride and professional photography spots throughout the park . Where at the end of the day we get a code with all of the photos if anyone wants to get them printed even back home. Their third day they will travel to the Wonder's of Wildlife Aquarium in Springfield. Wonders of Wildlife is the largest, most immersive fish and wildlife attraction in the world. Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium is the largest immersive wildlife attraction in the world. Explore a 1.5-million-gallon aquarium adventure showcasing 35,000 live fish, mammals, reptiles and birds and a wildlife museum offering a tour of the wildest places on earth. The 350,000-square foot experience features more than 1.5 miles of immersive trails and exhibits. This will be truly an amazing eye opening educational experience for these children. We will eat lunch at the aquarium and supper to be determined. Their fourth day we explore Branson and have lunch somewhere like Mel's Hard Luck Diner or Bill Gail's. Then for dinner we will attend the Dixie Stampede Dinner Show. The display features a fun and friendly competition between the two sides of the theater, while you and other guests enjoy a delicious four-course meal complete with beverages. It's an all-out evening of country entertainment that can't be beat. The production began as a dream for Dolly Parton , and today it is one of the most spectacular dinners and attractions in the country even earning the honor of being known as the 'most fun place to eat'. Featuring 32 horses, their skilled riders, Ozark Mountain music, and dinner seating for 1,100 in a giant 35,000 square foot arena, this is an amazing feat. Their last day they will go back to Silver Dollar City to finish the shows and rides they did not get to finish the first day. They may even have some favorite things they would all like to do again. They will again eat lunch and dinner in the theme park . They will also have unlimited drink wristbands for the day . Then they will travel back home to Hot Springs. If by chance we do not get the full funding needed to do all the extra bells and whistles. We we still have have them 4 nights lodging for the Ouachita Children's Center in the home in Ridgedale Missouri. They will attend the Jesus play at the Sights & Sounds Theater. They will do one day tickets into Silver Dollar City. We will eat both lunch and dinner in the Park. We will also still get the picture package. They will still eat at Jackie B. Goode's Uptown Theater. We will just have to cut out the Dixie Stampede, the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium and the second day at Silver Dollar City. We will also have to do picnic style meals and fast food for some meals.
