Move Rocks, Then Move Dirt, Possibly Dead Grass

I am looking for someone who can: 1) Pick up rocks (approximately 90 sq. ft.) and transport them to another spot in my yard. (see photo #1) 2) Transport dirt from another spot in my yard (see photo #2) to continue a berm where the rocks were just removed from (photo #1). Possibly: 3) Remove the dead sod shown in photo #2.
