We're looking for friendly, professional, and detail-oriented people who are like to load/unload trucks and are comfortable maintaining accurate records on paper and on a computer. Our Receiving Clerks are crucial to the health of our organization by making sure stores have the products our customers want and need. Jax sells amazing and varied products, and you will get a first peek at incoming stock! The ideal JAX Receiving Clerk will have exceptional customer service skills, experience in a receiving or warehouse environment, have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and enjoy working as a member of a small, tight-knit team. This position requires physical activity including frequent standing, bending, walking, and stretching. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds. Requires operating a receiving terminal with a hand-held scanner, keyboard, and office equipment. Will also use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and ladders. Forklift experience is a plus.
