We are looking for several freelance guys we can pool from as handymen to bid on jobs around our boarding house. We need people who can do plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, irrigation, tile, smoke alarms etc... We want temporary help NOT full-time help. You must drive your own car. The first of the two gigs are shelves that need to be built and painted for someone's room. The second is to tile and grout around the spa intake cover. The material has already been purchased for these requests. We will only need a quote on labor and work to be done on installation.
