We have a cat that has been hanging around our house for a while that we thought was feral. It has a tipped left ear. We then noticed a bright blue collar. We've been feeding it cat treats and then tried a can of cat food which he/she devoured. It then came up to us with head butts and wanted us to pet it. Was able to get the collar off - it was not a break-away collar so figured it is better off without it. It is very thin. Seems to be really sweet and may be someone's pet?
