What would happen?

Washington DC is a city made up of about 90% Democrats. It seems that our Capitol buildings are surrounded by LIBERALISM, to the point of being SATURATED in the liberal/progressive culture. I wonder what would happen if our White House, Supreme Court, Congress and Senate buildings were relocated to a RURAL part of the country If these politicians were surrounded by something other than 90% Democrats all the time, I wonder how their thinking might change?
